MicroFactzzzTerms of Service

1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the MicroFactzzz website (hereinafter: “the Service”). The Administrator of the Service is Adam Wawrzyniak, ul. Kościuszki 58, 62-300 Września (hereinafter: “the Administrator”).
2. Type and Scope of Services
The Service provides educational-entertainment content (interesting facts) along with interactive features (random draws, quizzes, comparisons). Some content is demonstrative in nature and is based on generally available knowledge — such content is clearly marked in the Service as not verified against a single, specific source.
3. Terms of Use
Using the Service does not require registration or login. The Service is available free of charge.
4. Intellectual Property
Content published in the Service and in related video materials (TikTok, YouTube) is protected by copyright. Copying and distributing content without the Administrator’s consent is prohibited, except for permitted personal use.
5. Liability
Content in the Service is educational-entertainment in nature and does not constitute professional advice (scientific, medical, legal, or financial). Facts that are not marked as verified are based on generally available knowledge — the Service states this explicitly and does not present them as scientifically confirmed.

Complaints regarding the operation of the Service can be submitted to: microfactzzz@icloud.com.
7. Final Provisions
In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law shall apply. The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms; changes take effect upon publication of the new version in the Service.
